Delete your Speak Up account
You can permanently delete your Speak Up account and the data associated with it. Choose either option below — both lead to the same outcome.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is from your phone. Open the Speak Up app and go to:
- Settings
- Account
- Delete Account
Your account is queued for deletion immediately and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you no longer have access to the app (e.g. you uninstalled it or changed phones), fill in the form below and we'll process the deletion manually.
What gets deleted: your account (phone, name, learning profile, preferences) and your learning progress (XP, streaks, lesson history).
What is retained briefly: payment and subscription records (up to 8 years, for Indian tax law), anonymised crash and analytics data, support correspondence, and encrypted database backups (a rolling 7 days) — as described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
